Team Orthopedist for the St. Louis Cardinals Joins Kaliber Surgeon Advisory Board

San Francisco, CA. June 14, 2022 – Kaliber Labs has announced that orthopedic surgeon Dr. Lyndon Gross has joined the company’s Surgeon Advisory Board.

Dr. Gross specializes in Sports Medicine with specific expertise in treating sports and exercise related ailments of the shoulder, knee, and elbow. He performs advanced arthroscopic joint reconstruction and cartilage restoration procedures, as well as shoulder and knee joint replacement surgery. A former athlete who earned many awards in football and rugby, including a 1986 Cornell Football Coaches Award, Dr. Gross has a deep understanding of the complexity and dynamics of treating athletes. He has penned several publications and book chapters and, in 2011, presented to the International Olympic Committee on "Prevention of Injury & Illness in Sports." Since 2007, Dr. Gross has been selected by his peers as one of the Best Doctors in America, an honor given to 5% of the doctors practicing in the U.S. He is also the Team Orthopedist for the St. Louis Cardinals and expresses the honor of having two World Series rings.
